Carol – Office Manager
Carol is the Office Manager and has been an integral part of Mattioli Orthodontics since 1997. With a background in education and a love for creating welcoming environments, she helps ensure the office runs smoothly while maintaining the vibrant, fun atmosphere patients and staff enjoy every day. Her passion for people and organization makes her a natural fit for managing the daily operations of the practice, and being married to Dr. Bob makes her connection to the office even more personal. Outside of work, Carol loves to travel and spend quality time with her family. She and Dr. Bob have three wonderful children and two spunky grandchildren. Life is full, and she wouldn’t have it any other way!
Stephanie – Business Development Lead
Stephanie is the Business Development Lead at Mattioli Orthodontics, where she combines a decade of corporate marketing experience from Hasbro Inc. with her passion for strategic growth to support the continued success of her family’s practice. In her role, she focuses on building community partnerships, enhancing the patient experience, and driving innovative ideas that help the practice thrive. Outside the office, Stephanie is all about wellness. She’s passionate about functional nutrition, running, and yoga, and always eager to explore new ways to support a healthy, balanced lifestyle. She’s also a proud wife to a pilot, mom to two amazing kids, and dog-mom to their sweet pup.
Rachael – Treatment Coordinator
Rachael is our dedicated Treatment Coordinator, guiding patients through every step of their orthodontic journey with care and clarity. Rachael works closely with patients and families to explain treatment options, coordinate appointments, and assist with financial planning, ensuring every experience is smooth and stress-free. Her warm personality and commitment to patient care make her a trusted resource for those beginning or continuing their smile transformation. Outside the office, Rachael enjoys reading, spending time with her family, snuggling with her dog, Rex, and is eagerly awaiting the arrival of her first child in October.
Tracey – Clinical Assistant
Tracey is a skilled and compassionate Clinical Assistant who has been an essential part of Dr. Bob’s orthodontic team since 2005. Originally from London, England, she brings both an international perspective and a warm, friendly presence to our office. Her calm demeanor and wealth of experience help put patients at ease throughout their orthodontic journey. Tracey is known for her impeccable service, keen attention to detail, and the genuine connections she builds with patients and their families. Outside the office, she is happily married and a proud mother of three. Her greatest joy? Being a doting grandmother to four beautiful baby girls.
Ashley – Clinical Assistant
Ashley joined the Mattioli Orthodontics team after completing her internship—and feels lucky to have turned that opportunity into a career she loves. As a Clinical Assistant, she enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their orthodontic treatment. Ashley brings a positive attitude and a caring touch to every appointment, and she’s proud to be part of a team that makes a difference in people’s lives every day. Outside the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with her loved ones and getting outdoors, especially when it involves a good camping trip.
Olivia – Clinical Assistant
Olivia joined the Mattioli Orthodontics team at the end of 2024 and quickly became a valued member of our clinical staff. With a warm, upbeat personality and a creative touch, she helps patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their orthodontic journey. Outside the office, Olivia is an incredibly talented artist who loves spending time with friends, catching the latest movies, and going to concerts. Ask her about her favorite K-pop groups or Taylor Swift eras, and she’ll light up instantly!
Taylor – Clinical Assistant
Taylor joined the Mattioli Orthodontics family after completing her internship with the practice while attending the Dental Assisting program at the Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI). She loved her experience so much that she was thrilled to accept a position with the team after graduating! Taylor enjoys getting to know patients, helping them feel comfortable, and being a part of their smile journey.
When she’s not in the office, Taylor loves all things fashion and enjoys expressing her creativity through photography. She’s also a big music lover and is always looking for new songs and artists to add to her playlists, though Fleetwood Mac will always be her favorite band. A true animal lover, Taylor spends much of her free time with her horses and loves being at the barn whenever she can. Whether she’s behind the camera, planning her next outfit, listening to music, or riding her horses, Taylor is happiest when doing the things she loves most.
